Ingredients
- 80 ml coconut flakes
- 80 ml dried figs, chopped
- 80 ml dried apricots
- 80 ml dried apples
- 80 ml cashew nuts, raw and unsalted
- 80 ml whole almonds, raw and unsalted
- 80 ml pumpkin seeds

Cooking Instructions
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Roast almonds and cashed nuts until golden in colour and once cool chop roughly into smaller pieces.
- Roast pumpkin seeds until they start to pop, then bring to room temperature.
- Roast coconut flakes until golden brown, then cool to room temperature.
- Cut apricots, apples and figs into strips about 2mm wide and add to the nut mixture.
- Combine all the ingredients well and store in an air-tight container until needed.
