Ingredients
- 5 ml honey
- 1 tsp Canola oil
- 3 cups raw unsalted nuts of your choice, such as cashews, almonds or macadamia nuts

Cooking Instructions
- Place the nuts in a single layer on a tray and roast in the oven until golden brown.
- Place nuts in the food processer and grind to a fine powder for about 5 minutes. At this point add the oil.
- Continue processing until it becomes smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl every two minutes.
- Continue processing until the nut oils are released and the mixture turns creamy and smooth and move around very easily inside the food processor.
- It can take up to 20 minutes until the nuts are totally creamy, this depends on the strength and size of the food processer.
- Once creamy add honey and blend until well combined.
- Store in a sterilised glass bottle until needed.
