Apple and granola rings

Ingredients
- 6 tsp nut butter (homemade or with no sugar/salt )
- 8 tbsp homemade granola / Slimmer's Choice Swiss muesli
- 2 granny smith apples

Cooking Instructions
- Core the apples using an apple corer, then slice each apple into thick slices – about 3 or 4 per apple.
- Spread the nut butter on the apple and sprinkle with the homemade granola.
