Gammon with chipolatas

Ingredients
- Ready-to Cook Gammon
- Streaky wood smoked bacon
- 450 g Pork chipolatas
- 4 large granny smith apple, sliced into 3 discs
- 2 Tbsp flaky sea salt
- 200 g white sugar
- 3 cups canola oil

Cooking Instructions
- Cook the gammon according to package instructions. Heat 2 T canola oil in a pan over a medium heat, add the chipolatas and cook through.
- Slice the gammon and serve with the chipolatas, salted toffee apples and pork crackling.
To make the salted toffee apples:
Place the sugar in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Allow the sugar to caramelise, then add the salt. Once the sugar is caramel in colour, pour it over the apples.
To make the pork crackling:
Heat 2 T canola oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the pork crackling and cook until hot and crisp.
