Grape, bacon and feta crostini

Ingredients
- olive oil, for drizzling, to serve
- balsamic vinegar, for drizzling, to serve
- 3 tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped, to serve
- 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
- 4 slices Ciabatta bread, toasted
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g streaky bacon, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a medium-sized pan over a medium-heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes or until crisp. Leave to cool on paper towels, then crumble.
- Bring the honey and 2 tablespoons of water to a boil in the same pan as the bacon.
- Add the grapes and chilli flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the grapes are glazed and starts to soften.
- Mix in the bacon and season to taste.
- Spread the toasts with the feta and top with the grape mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic cream.
