Salted sesame pretzel chocolate tart
Here’s the easiest chocolate tart you’ll ever make
This no bake chocolate tart combines classic flavours with sesame seeds – making for a delicious punch of flavour.

Ingredients
- For the base:
- 1 ½ cup Woolworths Salt and Sesame Seeds Pretzel Rings
- 115 g butter, melted
- For the filling:
- 340 g Lindt Excellence Roasted Sesame Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup Woolworths Whipping Cream
- 55 g butter

Cooking Instructions
- To start, blend the pretzels or crush until fine crumbs, pour over the melted butter and combine.
- Spoon into your loose bottom 36 cm tart tin and spread all over to make an even layer of biscuit base. Press in to secure the crust and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Warm the cream and butter until combined, be careful not to bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the broken chocolate, stir continuously until melted into a delicious silky shiny ganache. Allow to cool slightly before pouring into the chilled pretzel crust.
- Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds and set for 3–4 hours. Serve in thin slices and enjoy.
TOP TIP: To make Chuckles tarts crush 150 g Woolworths Chuckles biscuits until they resemble a fine crumb, blend with 6T melted butter and press into individual round tart cases, Use 170 g Lindt 70% chocolate or milk chocolate to make your ganache with 25 g butter and ½ cup cream. Sprinkle over crushed Chuckles and set in a chilled fridge until ready to serve.
