Easy affogato

Ingredients
- Biscotti or amaretti biscuits, for serving
- 4 cups Italian ground coffee, freshly brewed
- 4 big scoops stracciatella ice cream

Cooking Instructions
- Place a scoop of ice cream into 4 cups and pour over the hot coffee.
- Drizzle with a tot of almond liquer if you like. Serve with the biscuits.
- Cook's note: If you have the time, place the cups containng the ice cream in the freezer for 30 minutes before pouring over the coffee. The biscuits can also be crumbled over.
- Fun Fact: "Affogato" means "drowned" in Italian. This recipe is the classic version but if you want to experiment, use coffee, chocolate or stracciatella ice cream.
