Date & coconut crusted dark chocolate

Ingredients
- Cook 'n Bake Original Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 200 g mixed seasonal berries
- 3 eggs
- 550 ml low fat milk
- 400 g 80% dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 100 g dates

Cooking Instructions
- Place the dates in a food processor and blend until smooth, and paste-like. Add the coconut and blend for 30 sec until combined.
- Remove date mixture from the blender and line the base of a 20cm tart tin. Place in the fridge until needed.
- Chop your dark chocolate very fine.
- Place the milk in a pot in on the stove and bring to the boil, then pour over dark chopped chocolate and let it melt. Allow the chocolate milk to cool.
- Whisk your eggs and add slowly to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Take tart tin out of the fridge and pour dark chocolate mixture into it.
- Bake in the oven on 155°C for 30 minutes.
- Check tart after 25 minutes.
- Remove from the tin and decorate with fresh berries just before serving.
