Baked prawns with lemon & garlic

Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns, shells & heads removed & deveined
- 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chilli to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°c
- Place the prawns in a bowl and add all the other ingredients then mix well.
- Tip the prawns onto a baking sheet and bake until the prawns are pale pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven then serve.
