Soya, garlic and ginger salmon sashimi

Ingredients

  • lime & coriander mayonnaise, for serving
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil,toasted
  • 1/2 fresh lemon leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh chilli, chopped
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 g salmon trout

Cooking Instructions

  1. Freeze 200 g salmon trout for 1 hour, then slice thinly.
  2. Mix 1⁄3 cup soya sauce, 1 sliced chilli, 1 x 5 cm piece sliced ginger, 2 cloves sliced garlic, the juice of ½ lemon and 1 t sesame oil.
  3. Drizzle over the salmon trout and garnish with coriander.
