Soya, garlic and ginger salmon sashimi

Ingredients
- lime & coriander mayonnaise, for serving
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil,toasted
- 1/2 fresh lemon leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp fresh chilli, chopped
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 200 g salmon trout

Cooking Instructions
- Freeze 200 g salmon trout for 1 hour, then slice thinly.
- Mix 1⁄3 cup soya sauce, 1 sliced chilli, 1 x 5 cm piece sliced ginger, 2 cloves sliced garlic, the juice of ½ lemon and 1 t sesame oil.
- Drizzle over the salmon trout and garnish with coriander.
