Sticky marsala baked figs

Ingredients
- Woolworths Vanilla ice cream
- brown treacle sugar
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1- 2 Tbsp marsala
- 4 Fresh figs

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice a criss-cross pattern into the top of ripe figs, then arrange snugly in a baking dish. Pour over marsala and cream and sprinkle with brown treacle sugar.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the figs are plump. Serve with vanilla-bean ice cream.
