Sticky marsala baked figs

Ingredients

  • Woolworths Vanilla ice cream
  • brown treacle sugar
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1- 2 Tbsp marsala
  • 4 Fresh figs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice a criss-cross pattern into the top of ripe figs, then arrange snugly in a baking dish. Pour over marsala and cream and sprinkle with brown treacle sugar.
  2. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the figs are plump. Serve with vanilla-bean ice cream.
