Dark chocolate almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pinch maldon salt flakes
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • 50 g raw unsalted almonds in their skin, toasted
  • 40 g 70% dark chocolate

Cooking Instructions

WATCH THE VIDEO

  1. Melt the chocolate for 1 minute in the microwave and stir to make sure the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the toasted almonds to the chocolate and coat them well.
  3. Remove the nuts individually from the chocolate and place on a silicone mat or baking paper sprayed with baking spray.
  4. Carefully place a salt crystal or chilli flake on each nut.
  5. Place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
  6. Keep in a cool area until ready to serve.
