Creamy salmon & sun-dried tomato pasta

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup cream
- 200 g cooked salmon, flaked
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 400 g pasta of your choice, cooked and drained

Cooking Instructions
A delicious easy meal using any of your left over salmon or trout. Add a few capers if you like. Keep the sun-dried tomato liquid in the fridge and use in salad dressings.
- Cook the garlic and butter in a frying pan until butter is melted.
- Add the cream and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the salmon and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Spoon over the pasta and season.
