Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Woolworths lamb rub spice
- 75 g Woolworths chipotle butter with lime, melted
- 150 g sugar snap peas, blanched, for serving
- asparagus
- green beans, halved
- 6 Lamb chops
- organic olive oil, for drizzling

Cooking Instructions
- Rub 6 lamb chops with 2 T olive oil and 2 T Woolworths lamb rub spice, then roast at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve with pan-griddled garlic lemon-buttered green beans, asparagus and sugar snap peas.
