Ingredients
- Tonton Kobe BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Woolworths salsa verde
- Woolworths Our Butcher Butterfly Chicken Breast Grill
- mint leaves, to serve
- edible flowers, to serve
- fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup duck fat
- baby potatoes
- squeeze fresh lemon leaves
- 4 Woolworths asparagus spears

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Marinade the butterfly grill with Ton Ton Kobe BBQ marinade.
- Place the chicken on a rack over a roasting pan and position 10cm below grill element.
- Grill for approximately 15 min on each side until cooked.
- Toss asparagus in olive and season.
- Grill on a hot grill pan until al dented and slightly charred.
- Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice and a dollop of salsa verde.
- Place baby potatoes into a roasting dish and dollop a few tablespoons over the potatoes. Place into the oven and roast until crispy and golden and potatoes are cooked through.
For the Panna Cotta
Garnish with fresh raspberries, edible flowers and baby mint leaves.
