Cutie Pie Italian kisses

Ingredients

  • 4 Woolworths cutie pies
  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 200 g white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • vanilla essence
  • woolworths edible gold shimmer

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut up the cutie pies into chunks, then mix into the ice cream.
  2. Return the ice cream to the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze until scoopable.
  3. Scoop balls of ice cream, then place onto a tray, pressing down to flatten the underside of the ball. Place into the freezer and freeze for a few hours until completely set.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and cream over a bain marie, then colour it red to look like a cutie pie wrapper.
  5. Dip the ice cream into the chocolate, then place back onto the tray and return to the freezer.
  6. When ready to serve, paint the top of each Italian Kiss with edible gold shimmer.
