Ingredients
- 4 Woolworths cutie pies
- 500 ml vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 200 g white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup cream
- vanilla essence
- woolworths edible gold shimmer

Cooking Instructions
- Cut up the cutie pies into chunks, then mix into the ice cream.
- Return the ice cream to the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze until scoopable.
- Scoop balls of ice cream, then place onto a tray, pressing down to flatten the underside of the ball. Place into the freezer and freeze for a few hours until completely set.
- Melt the white chocolate and cream over a bain marie, then colour it red to look like a cutie pie wrapper.
- Dip the ice cream into the chocolate, then place back onto the tray and return to the freezer.
- When ready to serve, paint the top of each Italian Kiss with edible gold shimmer.
