Mince Pie Cassata

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Woolworths chuckles
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- pinch allspice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pkt Woolworths Chocolate Brownie Mince Pies, broken up into small pieces
- 1 L Vanilla ice cream, softened

Cooking Instructions
- Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and line with cling film – make sure there is enough overhanging to cover the dessert.
- Stir the ice cream with a wooden spoon to soften then stir in the mince pies, spices and chocolate into the ice cream to ensure they are evenly distributed.
- Spoon ice cream into the prepared pan and tap on work surface to remove any air bubbles, cover with cling film.
- Freeze until set, about 4 hours or overnight
- Unmould, the dessert and place onto a serving plate.
- Top the dessert with roughly chopped WW chuckles
