Three-milk pudding

Ingredients
- 180 g butter, softened
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence

Cooking Instructions
For the sponge:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cream the butter and sugar until soft and fluffy
- Add the vanilla and beat to combine
- Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Sift together the flour and baking powder
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until smooth
- Spoon the batter into a greased 20x30cm baking dish
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
To make the milk sauce:
- Pour the milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk into a saucepan
- Add vanilla and gently heat
- Remove the baked sponge from the oven
- Using a skewer make holes in the sponge
- Pour the warm three-milk sauce over the sponge
- Serve with whipped cream
