Mixed berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond drink
  • 2 - 3 generous handfuls frozen mixed berries
  • 5 bananas, peeled and sliced diagonally into rounds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • almonds, toasted, plus extra to garnish
  • chia seeds, to serve
  • fresh blueberries, for serving
  • raspberries, for serving
  • fresh mint, to serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen berries, banana, almond butter and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowls and decorate with the toppings (almonds, blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds and fresh mint).
