Easy Burritos

Ingredients
- 400 g mini chicken breast fillets
- 15 ml oil, for frying
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 400 g Mild Chunky Salsa
- 400 g Black Beans in Brine
- 8 pack Multiseed Wraps
- 250 g mature cheddar, grated

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Heat 15 ml of oil in a pan and chicken mini breast fillets, 1 tsp ground cumin and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes.
- Simmer to release flavour. Once browned, add the mild chunky salsa and simmer for 10 min, then add black beans and heat through.
- Place wrap into an oven dish, fill with the chicken fillets mixture and roll tightly. Repeat for as many burritos as you need.
- Top with more salsa and cheese, then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
