Vanilla Chai Fudge

Ingredients
- 385 g condensed milk
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 3 bags vanilla chai tea
- 330 g granulated sugar
- 60 g, plus extra for greasing butter

Cooking Instructions
- Grease a 20cm square tin with butter.
- Heat ¼ cup water with the sugar until the sugar dissolves. Tear the teabags and add the contents to the water.
- Add the 60g butter, golden syrup and condensed milk.
- Cook the mixture until it reaches 120ºC on a sugar thermometer, pour into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture holds itself.
- Pour into the prepared tin to set.
- When set cut into pieces and serve.
