Rose Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- strawberries,sliced, for serving
- 2 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water for 10 minutes
- 65 ml cream, whipped to soft peaks
- 60 g Castor sugar
- 3 tsp rose water
- 2 tbsp sugar for the egg whites

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the cream and sugar. Remove from the heat. Squeeze any excess water from the gelatine leaves and add to the cream and stir until dissolved. Add the rose-water.
- Pour the mixture into 6 cups and chill.
- Toss the strawberries and caster sugar and spoon over the panna cotta.
