Rose Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • strawberries,sliced, for serving
  • 2 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water for 10 minutes
  • 65 ml cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 60 g Castor sugar
  • 3 tsp rose water
  • 2 tbsp sugar for the egg whites

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the cream and sugar. Remove from the heat. Squeeze any excess water from the gelatine leaves and add to the cream and stir until dissolved. Add the rose-water. 
  2. Pour the mixture into 6 cups and chill. 
  3. Toss the strawberries and caster sugar and spoon over the panna cotta.
