Peanut butter-and-date biscuits

Ingredients
- 420 g Woolworths almond flour
- 6 Tbsp Woolworths organic peanut butter
- 8 fresh dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all the ingredients by hand in a large bowl until a crumbly dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and use a cookie cutter to press out any shape of your liking. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
