Post workout super-food smoothies

  • 1 tbsp baobab powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp powder
  • 1 large golden delicious apples
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 kiwi
  • 65 ml water
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful mixed frozen berries, thawed
  • 2 tbsp Steel cut wholegrain oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 large bananas

Cooking Instructions

To make the Health nut smoothie:

Put the ingredients (one large banana, 1/2 cup coconut milk,1 tbsp baobab powder,1 tbsp nut butter of your choice (recommend almond), 2 tbsp gluten-free oats (or just regular rolled oats) ) in a blender and blitz.

To make the Berry Blast smoothie:

Put the ingredients (1 handful frozen berries (strawberries or mixed),3 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup water,1 kiwifruit) in a blender and blitz.

To make the Green Machine smoothie:

Put the ingredients (1 avocado, handful baby spinach,1/2 cup coconut water,1 tbsp hemp powder,1 golden delicious apple) in a blender and blitz.
