Ingredients
- red wine vinegar, to serve
- olive oil, to drizzle
- microherbs, to garnish
- 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced julienne
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced, to serve
- organic olive oil, for drizzling

Cooking Instructions
- Halve 1 x 240 g slab Woolworths halloumi, then fry in 1 T olive oil until golden.
- Serve with 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 peeled and sliced cucumber, ½ sliced red onion and microherbs.
- Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar to serve.
