Chocolate-covered bananas

Ingredients
- 90 g peanuts
- 300 g 70% dark chocolate
- 2 bananas

Cooking Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut each bananas into 3-4cm sized cylinders.
- Place bananas on a tray and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop the peanuts very fine on a chopping board and set aside.
- Place the chocolate in a plastic bowl and melt in the microwave. Stop the microwave after every 30 seconds to stir the chocolate to make sure it does not seize.
- Dip the bananas into the melted chocolate then place on the baking tray sprinkle the top of the banana with the chopped peanuts. When all the bananas have been dipped return to the freezer until ready to serve.
