Crumbed chicken burgers

Ingredients

  • 6 crumbed chicken burgers
  • 6 crumbed chicken burgers
  • 8-10 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
  • 3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 6 Heat & Eat Portuguese rolls
  • 6 Heat & Eat Portuguese rolls
  • mayonnaise, to serve
  • 1/2 bunch red salad onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 mangoes (750g), peeled and cut in small cubes
  • 2 thinly sliced pineapple, chopped
  • fresh mint, to garnish
  • sweet potato chips
  • ice cold beer, to serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bake the crumbed chicken burgers in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until until golden and crunchy.
  2. Chop the chillies and place in a small saucepan with the olive oil and smoked paprika and gently fry over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Serve the chicken burgers on the Portuguese rolls topped with a generous dollop of mayonnaise, sliced purple spring onions and slices of fresh mango or pineapple and a spoonful of the red chilli relish.
