Ingredients
- 6 crumbed chicken burgers

- 8-10 red chilli, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 6 Heat & Eat Portuguese rolls

- mayonnaise, to serve
- 1/2 bunch red salad onions, thinly sliced
- 3 mangoes (750g), peeled and cut in small cubes
- 2 thinly sliced pineapple, chopped
- fresh mint, to garnish
- sweet potato chips
- ice cold beer, to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Bake the crumbed chicken burgers in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until until golden and crunchy.
- Chop the chillies and place in a small saucepan with the olive oil and smoked paprika and gently fry over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve the chicken burgers on the Portuguese rolls topped with a generous dollop of mayonnaise, sliced purple spring onions and slices of fresh mango or pineapple and a spoonful of the red chilli relish.
