Crumbed chicken with veggie lasagne bake

Ingredients
- 2 x 375 ml sundried tomato and pecorino pasta sauce
- 1 x 600 g Easy to cook chicken fillets with mozzarella
- 1 red onion, cut into thin petals
- 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 500 g Woolworths fresh cheese sauce
- 200 g baby spinach
- Cooked sweet potato with cinnamon butter
- 3 thinly sliced baby marrows
- 250 g, blanched lasagne sheets

Cooking Instructions
- Prepare the easy bake chicken fillets as per the instructions and serve with the veggie lasagne.
- For the lasagne, add some sauce to the bottom of an oven proof roasting dish followed by a sheet of the blanched lasagne pasta.
Add some marrow, sweet potato, onion and spinach followed by salt, pepper and garlic and herb spice.
Drizzle over the cheese sauce and cover with another lasagne sheet and repeating the process until all the sheets and veggies are used.
Finish with some cheese sauce before covering with foil and cooking in the oven for 30 minutes and the marrow is tender. - Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minute until the cheese is slightly browned.
