
Glazed gammon with blueberries and honey
The blueberry-and-honey glaze is sticky, sweet and tart – and needs just three ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 Woolworths Ready to Eat Beechwood-Smoked Gammon
- 1 cup honey
- 1 lemon, juice
- 400 g blueberries
- 1 bunch thyme

Cooking Instructions
Spend less time doing meal prep and more time with your family this festive season with beechwood-smoked gammon: it’s ready to eat and needs just an easy, delicious glaze! Bonus: the leftovers make next-level mac 'n cheese!
- To prepare the gammon, remove the first layer of skin. Peel off gently to make sure you don’t remove any fat.
- Roast the gammon at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove the gammon from the oven and turn on the grill. Cover the gammon with 1/2 cup honey and grill until golden brown.
- While the gammon is grilling, heat up a large pan and add the remaining honey, blueberries and lemon juice. Simmer until the blueberries start to burst.
- Remove the gammon from the oven when it’s golden brown. Top with the sticky blueberries and fresh thyme.
- Serve with duck-fat roast potatoes or Woolworths Ultimate Potato Mash. Don’t forget to make the ultimate gammon mac ‘n cheese with the leftovers!
