Ingredients

  • 4 shortbread biscuits
  • 2/3 cups icing sugar
  • 6 strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and cool down.
  2. Place a biscuit on each of the two serving platters and smear with chocolate. Top with strawberries. Place the remaining biscuit on top.
  3. Use a shaker and garnish with icing sugar.
