Salted chocolate-cinnamon fudge

Cook's Tips:Vanilla can be used for more than flavouring ice cream. It adds a sweet floral aroma when used in sweet dishes, and depth to savoury ones.

Ingredients

  • 300 g condensed milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 120 g dark chocolate, chopped and melted
  • 3 Tbsp salted butter
  • flaky sea salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the water does not touch the bowl.
  2. Allow the ingredients to melt, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into a large dish and chill for 4–6 hours, or until firm.
  4. Cut into squares before serving, or wrap up for gifts.
