Raspberry sorbet and ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 100 g 70 percent dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 400 g raspberries, frozen

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blend raspberries, icing sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Freeze to set.
  2. For the ganache, melt the chocolate, then add the cream and milk. Stir to combine.
  3. Serve the raspberry sorbet topped with chocolate ganache.
