Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 350 g Castor sugar
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 140 g butter, softened
- 40 g Flour
- 75 g cocoa powder, for dusting
- 100 g macademia nuts, roughly chopped
- 30 g white chocolate
- 230 g dark chocolate, chopped and melted
- 50 g milk chocolate, chopped finely
- 150 ml single cream
- 5 g Butter
- extra white chocolate, for drizzling

Cooking Instructions
Whisk sugar and eggs until thoroughly mixed. Add melted butter while whisking.
Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
Line an oven-proof dish with baking paper. Pour the mixture and bake at 170 degrees for 10 ? 12 minutes. Remove, cool and cut into required size
To make the ganache, mix all ingredients into a pot and melt the chocolate over low heat stirring all the time. Remove from stove. Pour this mix over each brownie and drizzle with white chocolate.
