Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. While you wait for it to heat up, chop some fresh veggies of your choice, lettuce, cucumber, whatever’s in your fridge.
- Remove the shawarma from its outer packaging and place it on a baking tray.
- Bake it in the cooking bag for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully cut the cooking bag open.
Save the sauces from the bag for later. - Bake pita for 2 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Then slice the shawarma and pour the sauce over the slices.
- To assemble each shawarma: slice pitas into two and fill each half with fresh salad ingredients, sliced meat and hummus.
