Zucchini Chicken Noodle Broth

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breasts
  • 100 g baby marrow spaghetti
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves, chopped, plus extra to garnish
  • 1 spring onions, chopped, to garnish
  • 3 tsp chinese five-spice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. In the bottom of the jar, place the soy sauce, garlic&ginger paste, sesame oil, 5-spice and sriracha, then stir well to combine.
  2. Top with the chicken, spring onion, marrow spaghetti and coriander, then cover with a lid and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  3. When ready to serve, pour the boiling water into the jar, cover with a lid, then leave to stand for one minute.
  4. Stir well using chopsticks before devouring.
