Baked Cream Cheese Salmon Trout

Ingredients
- 250 g smooth cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4x200 g salmon trout fillets, skinned
- 50 g fine breadcrumbs
- 30 g parmesan, grated
- 2 tsp olive oil, to drizzle
- 3 tbsp Italian parsley, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine the cream cheese and garlic, the spread it evenly over the top of each salmon trout fillet.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil and parsley, then sprinke it over the cream cheese-topped salmon and gently pat it down to form a crust.
- Season to taste and arrange in a greased ovenproof dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and your salmon is cooked to your liking. Check to see if the middle is cooked through.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve with steamed asparagus spears or broad beans.
