Raspberry fizz

Add some fizz to your lunch with this drink, a delicious ,marriage of the flavours of raspberries and rose syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberry liqueur
  • 6 Tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 L tonic water
  • 50 g fresh raspberries
  • 2 limes, quartered, for squeezing

Cooking Instructions

  1. Divide the raspberry liqueur and rose syrup between 4 glasses.
  2. Fill the glasses with crushed ice and top up with tonic water.
  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lime wedges.
