Fresh blueberry chocolate truffles

Ingredients
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate,melted
- 50g unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
- 250 ml Double cream
- 45 ml cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup toasted desiccated coconut
- 1x125 g punnet blueberries, halved

Cooking Instructions
- Gently heat the chocolate, butter and cream until smooth.
- Cool in the refrigerator until it starts to set.
- Place a little chocolate and a few blueberries in your hand and roll gently.
- Toss the chocolate-berry ball in the cocoa powder and roll in the coconut.
- To decorate, melt a little chocolate with a drop of water over a gentle heat.
- Drizzle over the truffles.
