Ingredients
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 tsp 100% Arabica Mocha Java Beans

Cooking Instructions
What you need:
- A coffee machine
- A stainless steel jug
- A coffee cup
1. Add 2 teaspoons of finely ground 100% Arabica Mocha Java Coffee Beans to the coffee machine handle and press tightly using the tamp (the device used to flatten the coffee).
2. Fill the machine with water, insert the filter and start extracting the coffee directly into the cup (you want to get 30ml espresso).
3. Pour 125 ml milk into a stainless steel jug, place the steam wand (nozzle) into the milk and switch on the steam.
4. After steaming, pour the milk into the centre of the cup from 10cm above, until 3/4 full. While pouring, bring the jug closer to the cup and pour quickly to the brim.
