Fast left over beef stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced or torn
  • 1 cup cream
  • left over slices of roast beef or grilled steak, sliced
  • maldon salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat. Fry the garlic and thyme in the butter and olive oil for 1 minute, until golden. 
  2. Add the torn mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Add the cream and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the left over meat and season.
