Ingredients

  • Pink champagne
  • 1 x 80 g Strawberry Flavoured Jelly
  • A handful ripe gooseberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare 1 x 80 g packet Woolworths strawberry-flavoured jelly according to package instructions, using pink Champagne instead of cold water.
  2. Pour into a shallow bowl, add a handful of gooseberries, then chill.
