Panna cotta with caramelised pears

Ingredients
- 1 Woolworths Panna Cotta kit
- 2 pears, peeled, cored & cut into wedges
- 50 g Butter
- 80 g brown sugar
- 500 ml water

Cooking Instructions
- Make the panna cotta according to package instructions.
- Pour the panna cotta mixture into the bottom of 4 small glasses.
- Place in the fridge to set overnight.
- To make the caramelised pears, melt the butter in a frying pan then fry the pears until they turn golden brown and soften slightly.
- Add the sugar and water and allow to cook and caramelise for another 5-10 minutes.
- Serve the pears with the set panna cotta.
