Stone fruit crumble

Ingredients

  • 150 g cake flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp demarera sugar
  • 90 g rolled oats
  • 40 g butter
  • woolworths coconut biscuit dippers, roughly crushed
  • woolworths ginger biscuit dippers, roughly crushed
  • 2 woolworths ripe and ready plums, halved and stones removed
  • 2 woolworths ripe and ready yellow flesh nectarines, halved and stoned removed
  • 2 ripe and ready flavourburst nectarine, halved and stones removed
  • woolworths vanilla ice cream, to serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add the flour, cinnamon, sugar and oats together in a bowl before rubbing in the butter and crushed biscuit dippers until it forms a crumble.
  2. Arrange the stoned fruit in an oven proof dish facing cut side up.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit and place in the oven to cook for 40-45 minutes or until the fruit is soft and juicy and the crumble is golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve the crumble with a generous amount of vanilla ice cream.
