Stone fruit crumble

Ingredients
- 150 g cake flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp demarera sugar
- 90 g rolled oats
- 40 g butter
- woolworths coconut biscuit dippers, roughly crushed
- woolworths ginger biscuit dippers, roughly crushed
- 2 woolworths ripe and ready plums, halved and stones removed
- 2 woolworths ripe and ready yellow flesh nectarines, halved and stoned removed
- 2 ripe and ready flavourburst nectarine, halved and stones removed
- woolworths vanilla ice cream, to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Add the flour, cinnamon, sugar and oats together in a bowl before rubbing in the butter and crushed biscuit dippers until it forms a crumble.
- Arrange the stoned fruit in an oven proof dish facing cut side up.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit and place in the oven to cook for 40-45 minutes or until the fruit is soft and juicy and the crumble is golden brown and crisp.
- Serve the crumble with a generous amount of vanilla ice cream.
