Festive brussels sprout
Ingredients
- Woolworths Christmas shaved brussel sprouts and cranberry salad with lemon dressing and festive sprinkles
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 x 150 g Woolworths tenderstem asparagus and broccoli packs
- 300 g brussel sprouts, halved
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 400 g Woolworths pork rashers, cut into cubes

Cooking Instructions
- Add the cubed pork to a cold pan before placing over a medium heat. Allow the fat to render out while tossing to crispy evenly. Add the olive oil, Brussels sprouts and tenderstem vegetables. Allow the vegetable to coat in the oil and cook until slightly charred but cooked until tender.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Ad the Woolies Brussels sprouts salad mix to a large mixing bowl before adding the cooked vegetables and tossing with the dressings provided.
