Nut-crusted mascarpone

Ingredients

  • 1 red chilli
  • 100 g Woolworths Roasted and salted luxury tree nut
  • Woolworths 3 cheese straws
  • 50 g onion sprinkle
  • 250 g Woolworths mascarpone cheese
  • 4 tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 lemon, zested

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the mascarpone cream cheese, lemon zest, chilli flakes and onion sprinkle.
  2. Over a sheet of cling wrap, scatter the nut sprinkle, then add the cheese mixture in a sausage like shape before rolling carefully to coat in the nut sprinkle. Wrap tightly in the cling-wrap and shape into 1 large sausage. Keep in the fridge to set.
  3. Unwrap and serve when needed with Woolworths 3 cheese straws.
