Nut-crusted mascarpone
Ingredients
- 1 red chilli
- 100 g Woolworths Roasted and salted luxury tree nut
- Woolworths 3 cheese straws
- 50 g onion sprinkle
- 250 g Woolworths mascarpone cheese
- 4 tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 lemon, zested

Cooking Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine the mascarpone cream cheese, lemon zest, chilli flakes and onion sprinkle.
- Over a sheet of cling wrap, scatter the nut sprinkle, then add the cheese mixture in a sausage like shape before rolling carefully to coat in the nut sprinkle. Wrap tightly in the cling-wrap and shape into 1 large sausage. Keep in the fridge to set.
- Unwrap and serve when needed with Woolworths 3 cheese straws.
