Caramelized banana split sundae

Ingredients
- honey, to taste
- chocolate sauce, to serve
- chocolate ice cream, to serve
- 1 tbsp pecan nuts, chopped
- vanilla ice cream, to serve
- 2 Bananas, split lengthways
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 tbsp Demerara sugar
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp fat-free plain yoghurt
- 100 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 100 ml Ayrshire milk

Cooking Instructions
- Heat milk in a pot, then add the chocolate and stir until melted, remove from the heat, stir in the honey and yoghurt, then set aside.
- Place butter, Demerara and syrup in a pan, and heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves.
- Place banana, cut side down into the pan and leave to caramelize for 2 minutes before turning over.
- Serve Bananas in bowls, topped with the ice cream and drizzled with the chocolate sauce, sprinkle with nuts to garnish.
