Dried fruit and nut bars

Ingredients

  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 50 g dried mango
  • 200 g raw mixed nuts
  • 50 g prunes
  • 100 g dates
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture comes together and is sticky.
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper, then sprinkle with half the sesame seeds.
  3. Press mixture into the tin, then sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top.
  4. Slice the mixture into bars.
  5. Wrap bars in wax paper and store in an airtight container.
