In the morning, I pray and meditate, read something spiritually uplifting, say my affirmations, then head to gym. I try to go to gym 3-5 times a week. I enjoy cardio, it makes me sweat, and releases those feel-good hormones which help me manage my mental health. I then come home to shower, eat and get ready for work. If I don't do this, I feel off balance during the day.

I love glowing, it makes me look and feel good! Groomed eyebrows are also a quick shortcut to looking put together in a hurry. I use the WBeauty Oil Control Foundation SPF 15 from the applied with an airbrushed technique for a dewy look. For my skin, I love using facial masks, especially ones formulated with Bentonite clay for an extra detoxifying element. When it comes to bath time, I love to add a scented soaks to my bath to help my body detox and release stress.
