FLAVOUR: Another Woolies exclusive, the generous Gem is rich and nutty, with a buttery texture.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Peel and quarter Gem avo, dip into beaten egg and then panko breadcrumbs. Shallow-fry until golden and top with chilli mayo.

FLAVOUR: Deliciously creamy with a light, fresh avo flavour and thin, easy-to-peel skin. 

SERVING SUGGESTION: Smash avos roughly and toss with charred corn, chopped coriander, red onion and chilli. Season and top with hot, crispy bacon.

FLAVOUR: Dark, thicker-skinned than your average avo and deliciously nutty.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Place halved Hass avos, skin on, cut-side down onto hot braai grid. Chargrill for six minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

FLAVOUR: Only at Woolies, the Carmen Hass is nutty and rich, creamy and flavourful.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Break an egg into half an avo, skin on. Bake at about 180°C until the egg is cooked.
