Pasta with creamy pesto sauce
There are so many version of this dish, regardless of the sort of pasta or pesto you use, you're guaranteed a delicious meal. We've chosen our new fresh filled basil and mascarpone Girasoli, but really any filled pasta would be just as delicious. To make this dish, follow the cooking instructions on the pasta packaging, once the pasta is cooked, stir through the pesto, add a dollup of fresh double cream and serve.

Osso bucco served with herbed cannellini mash
This classic Italian slow cook might take hours to prepare from scratch, but our succulent Easy to Cook version takes only 35 minutes. Simply follow the cooking instructions on the Osso Bucco packaging. While it simmers away in the oven, decant and drain the cannellini beans, toss them in a warm pan with garlic, olive oil and mixed herbs. Once soft, blitz them in a blender and serve topped with the Osso Bucco.
Penne with a creamy caponata sauce
This rich, tangy pasta will leave you wanting more in minutes. If you can't find ready-made caponata, grilled artichokes and sundried tomatoes make a great substitue. To make this dish, simply cook the pasta till al dente, stir through the creamy tomato sauce and caponata and top with Pecorino shavings (or any cheese of your choice).
Classic spaghetti carbonara
The theory behind a perfect carbonara is somewhat divided. To add cream of not? We say, follow your heart. Whether or not you add the cream, this is still one of the most delicious, easy to prepare dinners. Simply cook the spaghetti till al dente, beat 3 free range egg yolks with 40g of Parmesan cheese and fry the bacon until crispy. Combine the egg and cheese mixture with the bacon and toss in the spaghetti. Top with an extra dusting of Parmesan cheese and serve.
Fiorelli with sun-dried tomatoes, capers and almonds
A delicious mid-week dinner that will surely impress. The tangy capers pair perfectly with the slightly sweet sun-dried tomatoes and the lightly almonds add just the right amount of crunch. If you can’t find Fiorelli pasta, Penne will do just fine. To make this dish, cook the pasta till al dente, add chopped capers, sun-dried tomatoes and lightly toasted raw almonds. Stir through with a splash of olive oil.
